Who we are

ABM Studios LLC operates this site and the products sold as The Phone Bowl. Contact privacy and deletion requests at hello@thephonebowl.com. We may send mail from an address at littlecolorbook.com until hello@thephonebowl.com is verified for sending. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement may show Little Color Book or a PHONEBOWL suffix. We have not renamed that Stripe account.

This site is meant for adults 18 or older in the United States.

What we collect

When you ask for the dinner PDF we collect:

  • Your email.
  • The pages you hit and the buttons you click on this site.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device.
  • Ad click ids if you came from a Meta ad: fbclid, _fbp, _fbc.

When you buy we also collect what Stripe needs to charge the card and what you bought. We do not store full card numbers.

Cookies, pixels, and Meta ads

We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar storage from us and from third parties, including Meta, on this site. Those tools collect or receive information from this site and elsewhere on the internet. Meta uses that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads.

If the Meta Pixel is on, we send events such as PageView, Lead, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase to Meta through the browser Pixel and through the Conversions API. Email sent to Meta for matching is hashed. We do this so we can tell which ads led to a PDF or a purchase.

This site is intended for the United States. We do not load the Meta Pixel or send Conversions API events when the request looks like it came from the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or similar regions that require cookie consent first. We do not run a consent banner for those regions. If you are there, we still take your email to send the PDF. We do not send that visit to Meta.

Why we use it

  • Send the dinner PDF and the download link.
  • Tell you about the 30-Day Family Screen Reset after you have the PDF.
  • Take payment and deliver files you bought.
  • Stop bots (the hidden website field on the form).
  • Measure ads and attribute leads and purchases.
  • Keep the site up (hosting logs).

Who else sees it

We do not sell your email list. We do share data with companies that run the site:

  • Meta — ads measurement, targeting, and delivery, as described above.
  • Stripe — payments.
  • Resend — transactional email.
  • Neon — the database that stores leads, orders, and download tokens.
  • Vercel — hosting and first-party analytics (page views, not a second ad network).

Sharing event data with Meta for ads is “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some US state laws. It is not a sale of your email list.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not send Meta data we know is from a child under 13. This site is for adults. The kit is household rules for kids 6–11. The adult puts in their own email. Kids do not create accounts. If you think we have a child’s email, write hello@thephonebowl.com and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

Lead and order records stay while you use the product and up to 24 months after the last activity, unless you ask us to delete sooner. Download tokens die after the use cap. Stripe keeps payment records as long as they and tax rules require. Meta may keep Event Data up to two years under the Meta Business Tools Terms.

Your choices and rights

Email hello@thephonebowl.com to:

  • Get a copy of what we have on you.
  • Correct it.
  • Delete it.
  • Stop emails about the Reset.
  • Opt out of sharing with Meta for ads. Use the subject line “Do not share.”

To opt out of interest-based ads from many companies, including Meta:

If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you can make the same requests. We will not discriminate against you for asking. We do not collect sensitive categories on purpose. We do not collect data we know is from children.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version is the one that applies.
