The deal

ABM Studios LLC sells digital downloads under the name The Phone Bowl: a free 7-Night Device-Free Dinner PDF, the $37 30-Day Family Screen Reset, What To Say ($17), and the ACE Card ($9.99). You get a license to print and use the files in your own household. You do not get the right to resell, republish, or put them in a course.

Who this is for

Adults 18 or older in the United States. The kit is household rules for kids 6–11. Children do not buy and do not create accounts. Adults put their phones in the bowl too.

Not medical advice. Not a clinical program. Not a school program. Not for teens. Not a detox.

The free PDF

Dinner is the test. The PDF is free. We will also email you about the $37 Reset. You can ignore that mail. See Privacy for what we collect.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your statement may show Little Color Book or a PHONEBOWL suffix. We have not renamed that Stripe account. Prices on the page you check out from are the prices that apply. The $24.99 and $9.99 holds are different offers, not the same SKU cheaper. They are all sales final.

Refunds

The only paid refund is the 14-Day Morning-and-Basket Guarantee on the $37 Reset. The rules are on the refund page. That page is part of these terms.

Files

Downloads are delivered through a private link. The link has a use cap. Print what you need for your house. If a link dies, email hello@thephonebowl.com from the address you bought with.

No extra promises

Paper on the fridge is the product. We do not promise a child’s behavior. The guarantee, where it applies, is the whole extra promise. The site is provided as-is.
